Itchy45 … today is the 11th March. That makes it 45 days to Ironman (Shew!) it also makes it time for our last shave.

In our first few days Itchy1&2 (Harps and i) have managed to recruit two more itchy’s Craig Corte and the legendary Freddy lampret (from FLEET – Freddy Lampret Elite endurance training, the man came 9th in Ironman Malaysia a few weeks back) Welcome boys.
